Seed, Plant & Scion Exchange


All businesses and nonprofit groups that wish to table at the event must complete an online application and must mail the registration payment in advance of the event, postmarked by Feb 17th. Booth spaces are limited and available for businesses and nonprofit groups that fit the theme of the event.

Details

Standard booth space size: 6 ft x 6 ft for nonprofits, or 10 ft x 6 ft for businesses. One 6 ft table and two chairs will be provided for each space.  

Large booth spaces: A limited number of 10×10 spaces are available to accommodate canopies or other special preferred booth setups. If you would like a large booth space please indicate so on your application.

Booth space location: You may indicate your preferred space within the online application.

Setup time: 8:30-10:30 am. All booths must be completely set up by 10:30 am to provide time for other event setup and to allow for safe entry by attendees.

Event time: Doors open to the public promptly at 11 am. The event ends at 4 pm.

Breakdown time: 4pm-5pm. Please do not break down before 4 pm, as early break-downs disrupt the event.

Special accommodations: Please indicate any special needs on your application such as a need for access to a power outlet, or preferred proximity to another business or organization. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Fees: Registration is free for nonprofit organizations (not selling merchandise), and for those who will be teaching a workshop at the event. Registration for businesses is $40. Registration fees must be paid in advance of the event and postmarked by February 17th. Booth space assignments and registration confirmations will be made only after fees have been received. Please mail your fees after you complete your application to Humboldt Permaculture Guild, 3097 Pigeon Point Rd, Eureka, CA. Please make your check out to the “Trees Foundation”.
